Q2. What is an escrow?

‘Escrow‘ is an arrangement where we hold money payable to a mechanic by the customer in trust until the job/service is performed satisfactorily by the service provider. This arrangement protects both the customer and the service provider as it ensures that the customer only pays for service properly rendered and ensures the service provider that he will receive payment for service delivered.

It is advisable to always use a mechanic that agrees to escrow the payment for his services. This means that if there is any disagreement or issue with the job, MyMotoFix will not be able to provide any sort of arbitration service or support.
